Dr. Regina Blevins first discovered a love of dentistry in Michigan, where she received her dental hygiene degree in 1981.  She then went on to obtain a general dentistry degree from the University of Michigan and later a Masters Degree and specialty certificate in orthodontics from the University of Minnesota.

Dr.Blevins has practiced in Washington and Dakota Counties for over 15 years.  She is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontics, the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Dakota County Study Club, and the St. Paul District Dental Society. 

Dr. Blevins has presented at dental meetings at both local and national levels.  She has the honor of being named one of Invisalign’s top 100 doctors, and in 2005 Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine named her one of the Twin Cities’ top orthodontists.

Dr. Blevins has two children, Noah and Rachel. Dr. Blevins loves to garden and her goal when her children grow up is to travel the world.
